Hi, I'm a 30 year old laid back gal that works in marketing looking for a housemate of a similar age.
Unfortunately due to size of room and flat, the room is only suitable for one person.
The bedroom is big enough for queen bed, desk and bedside table or dresser. The room has access to a balcony and you will have your own bathroom, that remains private (due to extra toilet downstairs off laundry for guests).
You will also receive a private garage for your car - or multiple bicycles :)
If you don't drive a car, we can organise for you to pay $185 and I'll pay extra to use garage.
We are the only townhouse in the complex, the other apartments have a different entrance. We have our own private backyard with lovely dappled light and a clothes line.
The apartment is set on Bonney Avenue, Clayfield, a short walk from Albion shops, coffee, restaurant and train station.
The room is available to let now, but you can move in sometime between now and 30 September.
The house is furnished, but if you own a couch, dining room, fridge or microwave feel free to bring them along.
